My solo repertoire has spanned the entire history of the piano: the keyboard works of Domenico Scarlatti and C.P.E. Bach, the sonatas of Beethoven, the Romantics from Chopin to Rachmaninov, twentieth-century music and more recent works by living composers, including premieres. I have also appeared as soloist in Beethoven’s Choral Fantasia and Fourth Piano Concerto, Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue and Lambert’s Rio Grande.

As an accompanist and chamber musician I have performed a huge variety of music covering four centuries up to the present day, working with singers and instrumentalists, in piano duo, and with ensembles of every kind.

For many years I was an official accompanist at Bristol University and the Bristol Music Festival, and have been the accompanist to Bristol Choral Society (since 1997) and the BBC National Chorus of Wales (between 2001 and 2014).
